The Events Pavilion is for rent for your Meeting, Wedding or Special Function
The Events Pavilion is available to rent for a variety of purposes including wedding receptions & ceremonies, anniversaries, musical performances, open houses, movie showings, registrations, dry-land training, meetings, training sessions, workshops, birthday parties and any other social functions. All Inclusive Packages Available. Please leave us a message for event inquiries.
2023 Event Reservation Update
We are taking 2023 Event Pavilion reservation now. Please contact us for your 2023 event inquiry. All inclusive package only available after June 1, 2023. We could only do Hourly Rental in May 2023.
All inclusive package includes guest free staying (tenting) at the group event area (north and west to event pavilion). Tent and Air mattress may be available for rent with additional charge. Please contact us for pricing!
Events Pavilion
- A Damage deposit of $2,000.00 is required
- $100.00 per hour plus applicable TAX, minimum 6 hours per event
- Hours available are 9am – 12 midnight
- Events liability insurance is required to secure a reservation
This is for rental of the pavilion only, does not include any amenities related to food & drink.
All Inclusive 24 Hour Package for Pavilion and Kitchen (all inclusive package only available after June 1, 2023):
- A Damage deposit of $2,000.00 is required
- $100 - $150 per person (depends on meal plan), plus applicable TAX, minimum 50 person
- Events liability insurance is required to secure a reservation
- Rental starts at noon and ends at noon on following day (24 hr total)
- Quiet time of 1am applies inside of event pavilion, doors locked by 2am
- All guests who are not staying in the campground must be off property by 2am
- Guests staying in the campground must return to their sites and adhere to campground rules and quiet times.
All Inclusive Weekend Wedding/Party Package for Pavilion and Kitchen (all inclusive package only available after June 1, 2023):
- A Damage deposit of $2,000.00 is required
- $100 - $150 per day per person (depends on meal plan), plus applicable TAX, minimum 50 person
- Events liability insurance is required to secure a reservation
- Rental starts at 12 noon on Friday and ends at 12 noon on Sunday (48 hr total)
- Quiet time of 1am applies, doors locked by 2am
- All guests who are not staying in the campground must be off property by 2am
- Guests staying in the campground must return to their sites and adhere to campground rules and quiet times.
- No staples, tacks or any other items causing markings on the walls, floor, or ceiling are allowed.
- The cost of replacing or fixing any broken, missing or damaged items or structures will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- The contents of the pavilion are the responsibility of the renter for the duration of the rental.
- Failure to adhere to the quiet times will result in the in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- The renter is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the events pavilion, washrooms, patio and entrances. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
