Aviation – “Muller Flight Park”
The campground owns a private “Muller Flight Park” for paragliding. “Muller Flight Park” is to be used by our permission. Unauthorized landing is subject to trespassing.
You do not have permission to use the property for any kind of aviation use whatsoever unless your fully completed and signed waiver and your agreement waiver to the Rules and Regulations have been received.
Aviation Rules and Requirements:
ATTENTION ALL PILOTS, TANDEM PILOTS AND PASSENGERS
PERMISSION TO LAND AT THE LANDING ZONE REQUIRES ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
- – an informed consent, assumption of risk, and waiver of liability form must be signed by all pilots, tandem instructors, tandem passengers and students before using the lands at the landing zone for any activity associated with the sport of hang gliding and paragliding.
- – all pilots and tandem instructors must have valid HPAC insurance.
PERMISSION TO ENTER THE PROPERTY OR LAND AT THE LANDING ZONE WILL ONLY BE GRANTED IF ALL OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE FULFILLED PRIOR TO ENTRY ON THE PROPERTY OR THE USE OF THE LANDING ZONE.
